Bhavya Krishnan is a Policy Analyst (Biomedical Science) aspiring to bring relevant insights and innovative solutions to improve people’s health and quality of life through her work for the Lifesciences and Healthcare industries.
Earlier, as a Genomic Scientist and Business Analyst at a Lifesciences and Healthcare industry consulting firm, she was involved in “value-based healthcare” projects in the UK and mainland Europe, which aimed to redesign clinical pathways for patients with rare diseases, to be more person centric and cost effective. She was responsible for business requirement analysis, secondary research, designing and delivering solutions for customers in the global Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries. She has worked closely with organizations involved in health policy development and delivery in the UK, Italy, France, and other EU countries to develop policies and solutions to improve patient health outcomes.
Bhavya has an MSc in Genomic Medicine from Imperial College London and an MSc in International Health Management from the Imperial College Business School along with her undergraduate foundation in Biotechnology, Zoology, and Chemistry.
