It has been almost a decade since we published Defining the role of a bioinformatician and a series of policy briefings on clinical genomics. In those ten years, there have been significant advances, and new challenges. To ensure we are delivering accurate analysis to you based on the latest knowledge, we are now reviewing and updating the briefings in that 2014-15 series. These are:

  • Clinical whole genome analysis: delivering the right diagnosis
  • Defining the role of a bioinformatician
  • Setting the right standards for clinical genome analysis
  • Sharing clinical genomic data for better diagnostics
  • Phenotyping patients for genomic diagnostics
