Jamie joined the PHG Foundation as a Policy Analyst in October 2024. He works on the ethical, legal and societal challenges posed by scientific and technological innovation in the context of health as part of the Humanities team.
Prior to joining the PHG Foundation, Jamie carried out qualitative research and engagement to inform health, science and technology policy. His work at the social research company Hopkins Van Mil sought to embed public, patient and professional perspectives into policy making in areas including genomics, artificial intelligence, wider health data and technologies, and the medicines system. He also has experience of frontline healthcare delivery, having worked as a Healthcare Assistant at King’s College Hospital.
Jamie holds a BSc in Human Sciences and an MA in Health Humanities, both awarded by University College London.
